Mr. Blue is a Chocolate point Mitted. Not a Bluepoint Mitted, despite his name -- Mr. Blue. He is Nico&Anya sire. Unfortunately, Mr. Blue is Renato's great great grand father, that means Nico was Renato's great grand half uncle, and Anya is his great grand half aunt. Very Complicated and I would have to explain more some other day.

8 years ago, today, I came in to a high kill animal shelter and rescued these two beauties, Saphira on the right and Star on the left. It wasn't 1 year ago, not 2, nor 3, savor 4, never 5, don't count 6, screw 7, but 8 years ago. I just can't believe it. I feel like I've had them my whole life. I crossed the country with Saphira in August, snuck her into places she shouldn't be; like SAM's Club etc, they've been through a divorce (not mine), Saphira came with me to pick up Renato in August, Star and Saphira helped me find two of the greatest loves of my life; if you've been following Life with Ragdolls for a while now, then you'll know I'm talking about Nico and Anya, they're helping me with a surprise now, I've made history with these two!! Let's hope for many, many, many, many more happy years together! :-)
By the way,

Thank you, you guys for all of the beautiful comments over the loss of my sweet little, Renato. We love and miss our little boy with a passion. We will get around to all of your blogs and say a thanks as soon as I can...
"So whenever you need to find me, we're never far apart, if you look beyond the horizon and listen with your heart". <3
PS: Nico left us 3 months ago yesterday. :-( We're heartbroken over the loss of my two beautiful boys. Fly away sweet, Renato and let Nico take care of you, until I can again....
Hugs to my two beautiful Angel Boys,

Renato died in my arms at the vet's office yesterday afternoon, around 3 'o clock. I had him euthanized. He had HCM; like Nico. I took Anya with me for PKS (personal kitty support). Renato will be privately cremated (like Nico was). Renato needed feline CPR and chest compassions from me, as he went unconscious for 5+ minutes with very little heart beat. HCM is a genetic disease in Ragdoll cats and Maine Coons, no wonder Renato's breeder never texted me back when I asked if his mother had been tested for HCM, she said his father was and N/N. But nothing about the mother...
Renato, dead in my arms with an IV needle in his right front leg. I encourage you to NEVER buy from this terrible cattery called, Righteous Ragdolls. She sells unaccepted and unrecognized variants of the Ragdoll breed; Mink, Sepia, Solid. Those colors are not allowed in any cat association, nor can you show them. Because they are outcrossed to Ragamuffins, which is a different breed than the Ragdoll. Keep in mind that all Ragdolls have blue eyes and a colorpoint coat!!! If your "Ragdoll" doesn't have any eye color but blue and without a colorpoint coat than it is NOT a Ragdoll!! Oh and by the way, her Ragdolls and Ragdoll variants have HCM and if you're not careful, your cat could be dead like my 4 month old, Renato.
Stay away from these Ragdoll breeders that also sell the variants, for a complete list of them, leave your email address, I will be glad to let you know about these cat killers.

June 1 Sunday, 2014 to October 13th Monday, 2014.
When tomorrow starts without me
And I’m not here to see
If the sun should rise and find your eyes
All filled with tears for me
I wish you wouldn’t cry
The Way you did today
While thinking of the many things
We did not get to say
I know how much you love me
As much as I love you
Each time that you think of me
I know you will miss me too
When tomorrow starts without me
Please try to understand
That Nico came and called my name
And took me by the paw
Nico said my place was ready
In heaven far above
And That I would have to leave behind
All those I Dearly Love
But When I walked through Heaven’s Gates
I felt so much at home
When NICO looked down and smiled at me
From His golden throne
He said This Is Eternity
And All I promised you
Today for life on earth is done
But Here it starts a new
I promise no tomorrow
For today will always last
And Since each day’s the exact same way
There is no longing for the past
So When Tomorrow starts without me
Do not think we’re apart
For every time you think of me
Remember I’m right here in your heart

This one had a pinker string and was a bit darker in color. My cats preferred the one that was lost in the mail over the other one, but both are loved!
Today (might I add first that I have quite a few reviews I need to wright, and I've been so caught up in stuff that I've had little to no time to comment on some fellow blog friends's blogs, and some of you are probably wondering if I have disappeared from interacting with you on your own blogs, which isn't true; the truth is now that summer is over I am not as busy, and two I recently downloaded IOS 8 (if you own an Apple product, then you should know what I'm talking about) I own an iPhone 4S (2011) and IOS 8 is a pain in my ass, so it hasn't been letting me comment as much anymore. :-( ).
Here is their link: https://www.etsy.com/listing/75669780/crunchy-catnip-eye
Anyways, now that that is cleared up, let's go onto the review.
I was lucky enough to review a super awesome cat toy for the fluff balls, it is a hand made, catnip, eye ball. Actually I reviewd two. If you think the fact that someone made an "eye ball" as a cat toy weird, think again, especially if you've been on Etsy; I own an account on there with a few followers, and 89% of my reviews come from there, I've searched through all of the varieties of cat toys on there and I've seen it all; including, but not limited to -- shit with corn in it (yummy), a bloody tampon (lollipop anyone?! I know Nico would of loved one of those, more likely a few of his own...) have I scared you yet?! But if that's a no, then I've also seen a cat toy penis. I'm going to stop there.... Note: if I receive any nasty comments about stuff like that, your comment will gladly be ignored. Please keep that shit to yourselves, I don't know who is reading this as I type!
Personal reminder! "That's what she said" jokes are always appreciated here!
I want that available to the public! :D
Jumping onto that review now.....
Strange huh? :-) My cats adore these, especially Star and Renato. These eye balls come in multiple colors! I chose dark blue, even though my eyes are indeed not blue; they're green-ish blue. ;-) This eye ball was lost in the mail for 1-3 weeks, the shop owner was really sorry about this and found the package and even sent us a whole new eye ball for waiting so long! So I received two toys.
• Cats love them
• Good prices
• Catnip inside
• Hand made
• Lots of colors to chose from
• Great customer services
• Fast shipping

Today is the review for a few products from a company called Purrdy Paws, they sell cat claw covers, which is a wonderful alternative to declawing. Declawing is more than the removal of their claws; it is actually an amputation. Look at your fingers, do you see your first knuckle? (The one under your finger nails) , well try living life without them, do you like to text? How about play video games? What about holding an object? Well when you declaw a cat not only do you "remove" their first knuckles but also all 10 bones/claws from their toes (front declaw) or 18 (front and back declaw), but also their "thumb", theirs is their dewclaw, which is the little claw on the inside of their front legs; very, very, very rarely a cat may have dewclaws on the inside of their hind legs, but this is very uncommon and many vets will remove them when they spay or neuter your cat.
There are countless humane ways to handle cats and their claws, that doesn't involve getting their claws/bones/paw pads cut, one of them is a product that is often called Softpaws or SoftClaws, both are incorrect terms, first Softpaws is a brand and SoftClaws is often what some vets sell. I know of at least 4 brands that sell cat claw covers, one is Softpaws (never used, but have heard good things about them), second is Kitty Claw Caps (used and highly recommend, I have only been able to find them at Petsmart or Amazon), third is CozyClaws (used and could recommend, I have actually been lucky enough to review these from the company and will post a review on them later this week or within the next week) , fourth is Purrdy Paws (used and would recommend) these are based on this review.
I was lucky enough to review 5 different colors. Orange, sparkly silver with blue (due), pink and red (due for valentine's Day), glow-in-the-dark green, and red, white, and blue (due for Fourth of July, aka Saphira's birthday). They were also very nice and included a pet necklace for Lady Anya, and a travel size container of catnip for Saphira; 'cause you know we travel with her a lot and she needs her kitty crack, on the go, wherever we go, LOL). I picked these colors based on my cats's personalities. Note: I was sent these back in February before Nico's death, so I will add his personality when he was still alive, because one of these colors was for him. Renato will not be added in this, as I got these before I had Renato and before he was even born.
Saphira is fun and out going, friendly, a devil in one's self, unpredictable, and loud. I chose her 4th of July colors.
Anya is commonly known as Lady Anya by her fellow comrades. She likes to think she is the Boss here, but Star always puts her in her place. Anya is shy and more reserved, classy, sassy, and a bit smart assy! I chose Anya sparkly silver with blue colors.
Nico was Anya's partner in crime, often these two would steal treats or human food when we weren't looking. Nico was often ornery, sweet, fun-loving, and extremely affectionate. I chose Nico orange.
Star IS the Boss here. She is evil, ornery, sneaky, sly, mean, agressive, and loving. Well, to me at least. Star likes to tuck her front paws under her chest, I call this "cooped up". Her eyes glow a creepy orangey-yellow color at night. I chose her glow-in-the-dark green color, I wonder why?! Lol.
I currently have one photo of Saphira wearing 4th of July:
The white blends in well, and the red was chewed off.
All 5 colors/duos.
Lady Anya's necklace and Saphira's catnip.
• Fast shipping and good customer service
• Cats don't mind wearing them
• Easy to use
• Works well
• Lots of colors to choose from
• Good prices
• They included a necklace and catnip
• Kind of easy to chew off
• Some cats don't like wearing them
• If you don't clip your cat's claws before putting them on, in a few days to a week your cat's claws will come through the cap unnaturally
•Adhesive smelt bad and was hard to open
• Only 20 caps and 1 adhesive in 1 pack, but good for the price
• Comes off when cats walk sometimes; unless they were dried properly
3 out of 5 stars.

Renato weighs 3lbs 12ozs and turned 4 months old on 10/1/2014! He will not be fully grown until he is 4 years old and won't get his full coloring in until 2 years of age, that is for the Ragdoll breed. :-)

Note: this is our first ever review without Nico. Our 44+ thousand viewers will surely miss Nico dearly. So let's take a moment to remember our very last review with him. Photo below:
Today we're reviewing two flavors of Blue Buffalo's Kitty Yums Treats, we were sent Tempting Tuna and Savory Salmon by one of our favorite companies -- Chewy. ComI have reviewed a total of 4 (soon to be 5), products from Chewy in 1 year that I've been blogging, this is a wonderful company with excellent service and super fast shipping!
We wanted to try the Tempting Tuna, but they were nice and also threw in Savory Salmon! Yay! My cats loved them both, in fact Saphira loved them so much that she ate both of the bags half way, while I was unaware at the library one week! I was angry, not only because she is a tad overweight and on a diet, but also because I hadn't wrote the review for them yet! I started to panic, lol.
Saphira with Savory Salmon (left) and Tempting Tuna (right), these treats (both bags) were gone in less than a week, lol.
We were upset that the box was very damaged when I received it, I am not sure if this was Chewy. Com's fault or UPS, but I'm assuming it was indeed UPS's problem. All of the products I've received from Chewy were in good shape and boxed nicely; but not this one however, it looked like someone ran it over with a car or smashed it by jumping on top of it. The treats were undamged and that's all that matters to me. Live and forget.
Tempting Tuna, tuna is the first ingredient!
Savory Salmon, salmon is the first ingredient!
• Fast shipping and great customer service
• Lots of flavors to choose from
• Cats loved both the flavors
• No corn, no soy, no by-products, no dyes, no artificial flavors or colors, or preservatives or fillers, or any types of grain ;-)
• Helped improve Star's coat; she is allergic to corn and soy and grains
• Made cats's fur shinny
• Great size for kittens or cats with a small mouth, like Anya&Renato
• Easy to break up for training for your cat
• Soft for older cats or really young kittens or kittens that are teething
• Damaged box
