So, I had a question pop up a few months ago, I haven't gotten around to it yet, as I've been absent on blogger for a few months, but they wanted to know how bloggers get started in the blooging community, I for one can answer that, but I want my readers' stories! So how (or why) did you start blogging? I will choose my favorite comment on January 6, 2015 and post it on Life with Ragdolls, so stay tune! I will also give out blogging tips for the novice on 1-6-2015, I just find it funny how I'm now someone's blog mentor.
Thanks!
Ragdoll Mommy~
I started blogging because I have so much love for my "furkids" and I need what the entire world knows that!
ReplyDeleteSorry my bad English!
Our mommy already has other blogs before she decided to help us create ours. Before that she had been lurking on kitteh blogs especially KATNIP LOUNGE and found the posts very entertaining. On our first post Katnip Lounge commented and on their blog had introduced us to the kitty blogging community.
ReplyDeleteEmma and Buster
Very good information you guys. Thanks! Hopefully we'll get more comments on this post so I can decide for sure!
ReplyDeleteI was on a kitty site the went debunked. To Make Sure I Didn't Lose All My Friends, One Of My Friends Suggested I Make A blog. Mom set it all up for me. I also made new friends along the way. Mom has been so busy that updates got put way on the back burner. Mom also really loves sharing my photos and this was a platform we could use and allow the right audience to find us. Unfortunately not everyone likes seeing tons of photos of us. Mom doesn't mind being the cat lady and the kitty blogging community gets that. Plus the Ragdoll breed is not as common as some, but is gaining popularity. People who love cats love our look so enjoy the photos which makes us happy.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Loved the answer and thank you for visiting. Ragdolls are great.
DeleteWe started our blog to give a voice to the adoptable cats of PAWS in Norwalk, Connecticut. The lessons and rewards that come from working with these incredible animals -- and their compassionate human friends -- are many. Each animal at PAWS has a wonderfully unique tale, and our blog gives us a forum to share their stories. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment! I always enjoy reading your blog; lots of tales about new animals!
DeleteI started Traveling Cats on a whim. I was going through my old travel photos and noticed how many travel pictures of cats I had. I thought it could be fun to put those on a blog, divided per country. A few weeks later, Traveling Cats went live ;-)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Vanessa. I love Traveling Cats.
